• Remove any toys, basket goals, soccer goals, sports balls, ect...

• Close garage doors.

• Move cars out of driveway and front of home.

• Remove any empty planters. 

• Clean up landscaping (mow, clear leaves, trim over growing bushes).

• Clean gutters out. 

• Make sure all surfaces are un-cluttered and clean. 

• Put away any appliances.

• Clean or vacuum floors.  

• Fluff pillows on couch and beds.

• Use a center piece for dinning room table. 

• Get rid of any personal items in the home.

• Minimal decor on shelves and mantels.(No more then three items to a shelf).

• Remove any visible trash cans

• Put away any toys.

• Pick up any fallen tree branches.

• If any patio furniture make sure it is clean and pillows are not faded.

• Put away any garden hoses. 

• Cut grass.
